Located exactly one mile from Silver Lake Sand Dunes entrance and a half mile to the ORV Welcome Center.  Just a short walking distance to deeded access on Upper Silver Lake for swimming and a sandy beach. Boat launch access available upon request.  **Please note trailering or towing is required to ORV access area for non-licensed vehicles.

Recently updated, fully furnished home and bunk house sleeps 10 between the two.  In the main house you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and Keurig coffee pot, pots/pans, plates, cups and silverware. Also included is a dining room, living room, full bathroom, washer/dryer, charcoal grill, outdoor seating for 6, WIFI, smart T.V. and Sonos sound system.

The bunk house, separate from the main house, has one small bedroom and a full bathroom.  The bunk house is located across the yard, approximately 40 feet from the main house, next to the garage and has a separate entrance with a keyed lock.

Amenities include A/C and heat via central air in cabin and wall unit A/C and space heater in bunk house.

BEDROOMS:

Main House: Master bedroom with 1 queen bed and a loft with 2 full sized beds.

Bunk House:  1 set of bunk beds which includes 1 full size and 1 twin size bed.
